Can I access offline or download the presentations?
www.policerevision.com is an online subscription service meaning that all presentations must be watched online.
Can you guarantee I will get promoted with policerevision.com?
No, we cannot. Promotion in the police force is extremely competitive but what we can give you is the knowledge and skills to achieve the best you possibly can.
I have noticed a mistake in one of the questions / presentations, what should I do?
We are all human and sometimes mistakes do happen. If you could drop us a private e-mail at info@policerevision.com titled ‘Oops you’ve made a mistake’ then we will look at it as soon as possible and get it rectified.
It is a 12 month subscription service but the exam is only in 6 months, is there a reduced price?
We keep our prices set for the full 12 months which is why we encourage you to buy it well in advance. Don’t worry though, as there are plenty of presentations on sitting boards and application practice which are hopefully extremely helpful after you have successfully passed your exam.
What happens if the presentations buffer or don’t work?
We pay a company every month to use their servers to prevent buffering. If you experience any technical difficulties please contact us immediately and will sort the matter.
Are all of the tutors and course designers serving Police Officers?
We do not believe it is professional to reveal our current roles but please be reassured that all presentations and questions have been written by staff who have first hand experience of the police promotion process and exam.
Do you offer in person tutoring or crammer courses?
All courses will be advertised on our Facebook page.
I have a question or area that is not covered, what shall I do?
Contact us at info@policerevision.com or ask the question on our Facebook page. We will endeavour to answer all questions within a reasonable time. Also if there is a presentation on a specific area that you feel would be beneficial then again, let us know and we will do everything we can to upload it.
I am struggling to afford the subscription fee, is there anything I can do?
We fully understand the difficulties faced by the Police in recent years. We believe that we have priced the website fairly to allow all officers the opportunity to access it however if you are still struggling then drop us an e-mail with your telephone number and we will give you a call and work something out.
A number of my colleagues are looking to sit the examination next year, do you do a group discount?
Absolutely, we are more than happy to offer discounts on multiple purchases. Again drop us an e-mail and we will let you know what we can do.
