New Protest Related Offences for 2025

For those sitting the Sergeants and Inspectors Examination, be aware that there are new offences on the curriculum being tested in the 2025 examinations. These include:

Obstruction of Major Transport Works (s.6 Public Order Act 2023)
Causing Serious Disruption by Tunnelling (s.3 Public Order Act 2023)
Causing Serious Disruption by Being Present in a Tunnel (s.4 Public Order Act 2023)
Being Equipped for Tunnelling (s.5 Public Order Act 2023)
